Trademark searches are necessary to minimize potential conflicts in product name selection. We have an experienced team dedicated to conducting these searches in both Czech and Slovak. We accept instructions to conduct these searches both independently and in parallel with the provision of legal advice.

We conduct searches for identity and similarity of word and figurative signs, with or without legal opinion in the registers of the OHIM, EUIPO, WIPO, TM View, or in countries where the assistance of a foreign representative is required. We are also able to check whether a particular trademark is in use.

Our office offers an effective trademark monitoring service that will highlight not only identical but also similar trademarks, both in the domestic register and in the EUIPO, WIPO and worldwide registers, according to the clients’ requirements.
